INITFALIST - initializes the filee area list functions. Must be called
     syntax INITFALIST        before running any of the other functions.

GETFA - loads file area #X (compressed area numbers) into memory.
     syntax GETFA[long l]

AGETFA - loads the file area #X (uncompressed area numbers) into memory.
     syntax AGETFA[long l]

GETFCONF - loads file conference #X
     syntax GETFCONF[long l]
