INITMALIST - initializes the message area list functions. Must be called
     syntax INITMALIST        before running any of the other functions.

GETMA - loads message area #X (compressed area numbers) into memory.
     syntax GETMA[long l]

AGETMA - loads the message area #X (uncompressed area numbers) into memory.
     syntax AGETMA[long l]

GETMCONF - loads message conference #X
     syntax GETMCONF[long l]
